TCO 2021-2022 SEASON
The Toronto Chinese Orchestra is excited to announce that we will be returning to in-person rehearsals on Friday, September 24th (8:00-10:00pm)! The health and safety of our musicians are of the utmost importance to TCO, and we continue to follow all provincial and local public health guidelines, and will adjust as they do.

ASSOCIATE CONDUCTOR
We have a new addition to our TCO family: Jonathan Wong, our new associate conductor! Jonathan is a Toronto-based conductor, keyboardist, clarinettist, singer, and educator. His wide-ranging work in concert, opera, musical theatre, and educational contexts is tied together by a love for music’s communicative power and its ability to build communities in an inimitable way. Before our principal conductor joins us, Jonathan will be working with our music director, Patty Chan, in planning and leading TCO in our coming season. More about Jonathan:

TCO conductor Matthew Poon has decided to focus on completing his degree and will continue to join us when possible. We are thankful for all his contributions to TCO and wish him all the best in his studies!

AUDITIONS
It’s not too late to audition for TCO/TCCO/TYCO’s 2021-2022 season!
