TCO: How long have you been with the TCO?
LC: Since March 2010

TCO: What keeps you coming back?
LC: I always like to play with other people, and TCO is like a big family with all the musicians from different musical background.

TCO: What instrument do you play and how long have you been playing?
LC: I have been playing pipa since I was 14, but stopped playing for a number of years after coming to Canada.

TCO: How did you get started with this instrument?
LC: There was an annual concert organised by the chinese orchestra music club at the beginning of each school year in my high school as promotion and accepting new members who are interested in traditional chinese music. It also provides an performance opportunity for students from the club. I started to learn pipa and played with the school chinese orchestra after one year learning.

LC: I also play piano and zheng.

TCO: Other activities that you enjoy on spare time?
LC: I enjoy composing a lot, travelling and eating.
